i sure its pretty easy problem but here goes
well i at first i had only 1 router and all 4 computers at home were connected to it after i started college i got a lap top and i had no more ports so i bougth another router and connected the pc in my room and the laptop to it ........(the router is daisy linked to to the other router ) now i have problems sharing files how can i solve this problem

Need more information. What O/Ses are you using? What settings do you have enabled on the routers and on the PCs. How do you have the routers daisy chained? Do all the computer have internet access?

if you don't want to take the router back for some reason, or can't because the amount of time you have had it, you can just use the switch that the router has built in. go into the management interface, and turn off dhcp, then plug the ethernet cable from the other router into the uplink port on the router, this will allow addresses from the other router to filter down, and then you will be on the same subnet as the other computers.
