You keep delivering. The troll. You are every bit what you accuse Spidey of being and more. Not only are you trolling, you are off-topic on most of it derailing the thread, and of course you lace in a bunch of personal attacks on top of it.

I guess I see why you keep doing it though, the 12 year olds here seem to love it.

heyheybooboo - Perknose is the one who claims to be different than me. He called me out in a thread about it. I'm just pointing out what a hypocrite he is. You should be posting that shit toward him, but I doubt you will. He posts some of the most childish crap in this forum. As I said he even ramps it up a level not only trolling, but hurling personal attacks as well. Spidey looks downright mature in this thread next to him.

Both you boys drop by the house for a beer :D

And I suspect (in the short time I've been here) it's the first time I've ever seen Spidey referred to as 'more mature' than anyone.

Almost (but not quite) makes me want to read then entire thread.

I have no idea where you are going with this and I don't think you have an f'ing clue either. Again I never said the old dude was a drug dealer. I said he probably knew what had just happened was over drugs with his son. If you wanna pick a bone with someone, pull your head out of your rearend first.

LMAO @ your feeble attempt to defend your trolling ass. Too bad for you that you're the one with your "head up your ass". I think you better pull it out and come up for air before the brain damage is irreversible. Perhaps you will think twice next time you attempt to slander someone for defedning his life/home

http://dailyme.com/story/2010072700000173/man-charged-murder-home-invasion.html

July 27--Court records portray a chilling tale of a man armed with a 12-gauge shotgun engaged in a gun battle in a South Knox County home that left three people dead.

Authorities charged Benjamin Keith Fowler, 34, with two counts of felony murder. He is being held in jail without bond pending an Aug. 9 preliminary hearing in General Sessions Court.

Fowler's alleged accomplice in the 12:45 a.m. Saturday home invasion, Ronald H. Carter III, 20, was killed in the Highland Circle home allegedly targeted for the legally prescribed drugs inside, police said.

The home invasion robbery at the rancher-style home didn't begin with robbers forcing their way through the front door. Instead, one of the two intruders fired through the front door with the Mossberg pump shotgun loaded with bird shot, killing Robert Sanders Doyal, 31.

Robert Doyal lived with his father, Larry Doyal, 61, and his father's fiancee, Judy Adams, 63.

Adams was sitting in the living room, possibly watching television, when the invasion began, authorities said. She was killed with blasts from the shotgun, apparently as she stood up from the chair in the living room where she had been seated.

Larry Doyal, who was in a back bedroom, grabbed a .40-caliber semiautomatic Glock handgun and "attempted to exit his bedroom to locate the source of the shots," court records show.

"He observed a white male (later to be identified as Ronald Carter) walking down the hallway in black clothing with his face covered, pointing a shotgun at him," records state. As soon as Carter saw Larry Doyal, Carter fired a round at the homeowner. Carter's face was concealed with a bandana.

"Mr. L. Doyal stated that he ducked back into his bedroom and fired several shots down the hallway which resulted in the death of suspect Ronald Carter," records show.

Carter was awaiting a discharge from the Marines. The married father of a toddler had been in Knoxville for about three months, according to his mother.

Bob Waggoner, chief of detectives with the Knox County Sheriff's Office, said authorities found the shotgun in the Highland Circle home.

Larry Doyal's rounds also struck Carter's alleged accomplice, Benjamin Keith Fowler, 34, once in the hip. There is no indication Fowler was armed during the incident.

Authorities said Fowler made his way to Carter's car, which was parked nearby in the residential area, and drove to North Knoxville. Detectives have seized the vehicle.

Fowler changed clothes and called his brother in Blount County to take him to a hospital, authorities said. Fowler told his brother he had been shot in a bar.

Fowler was arrested Sunday upon his release from Blount Memorial Hospital.

Martha Dooley, spokeswoman for the KCSO, said she was unsure if Fowler also would be charged with murder in connection with Carter's death.

Dooley said "there won't be any charges placed" against Larry Doyal.

Dooley said there is no reason to think any others were involved in the robbery attempt.

Fowler had other charges pending in Knox County, according to records. He is accused of stealing a cordless drill set from a Wassman Drive home on July 13. He allegedly pawned the DeWalt drill set within minutes of the theft, according to authorities.

Fowler also faces a charge of assault stemming from a December 2009 fight with a contractor who hired him to rehabilitate his home.

Ralph Tate, 59, was stunned when he learned the man he engaged in fisticuffs was accused of killing two people. Tate hired Fowler as a subcontractor. The two men clashed, however, when Tate saw Fowler had a tool belt with no tools. When Tate challenged Fowler about using Tate's tools, Fowler allegedly attacked Tate, leaving Tate with a cut over one eye.

"I think he had job skills, but he had personality issues," Tate said. "This was a bad character. He threatened to burn my house down."

The case was slated to be heard last month, but Fowler asked the state to provide him an attorney.

"Had he gotten justice then, he might not have done this," Tate said. "He might be in jail."

So I guess your ASSumptions:

I knew there was some stuff that wasn't right about this. Just as I thought, this wasn't about no run of the mill damn home invasion. This about some folks trying to score narcotics. The son was involved in drugs apparently and these two nutcases went there to steal what they believe was narcotics.

http://www.knoxsheriff.org/content/view/379/1/

And the old dude probably knew this and that would explain why he didn't call the cops right away, the neighbor did.

that this was a drug deal and that the old man knew it and that's why he didn't call police right away were totally unfounded?
