Thanks, I am here because of so many people from mainly online. Unfortunately it wasn't a lawsuit and it wasn't just dropped. It was a Felony Criminal case and I agreed to an agreement proposed by the State. I was not supposed to be on Probation but the Statute did not have any other provision for the Judge so she had no choice but to put me on Probation for 1 year which will be over in 22 days and counting.

Evadman was banned for one week. His account was reinstated on Dec 24th. Check out the mod's comment up there. However, he has not visited the forums since Dec 17th. Maybe he will never be back.
