Home Brewers !!! Hops, etc.

Going to grow some hops this year, I have Cascade and Galena going now.
Anyone have any favorites or ones to avoid?
Don't brew myself (yet) but am thinking I may grow for sale.
Fresh is best I know, but how much do you buy when you brew and how often?

i really like saaz hops. I'm not sure if thats one thats easy to grow though.

I am quite interested in this project of yours...

It's been a few years since I brewed, and it was all ghetto, but I'd love to get some first-hand tips with how your crop turns out, what works and what doesn't.

As I understand it the issues you run into with home grown hops is that the bitterness is inconsistent. Of all the stuff I read when I was brewing and growing they are best for finishing but not bittering. I never used mine for anything other than finishing or straight off the vine into a freshly poured homebrew.
