FPS on ANY console just totally sucks. Too bad the new StarCraft game will only be on consoles. We will see how it will fair.

I don't think it's off one bit. Blizzard has produced pure drivel since Warcraft 2 and Diablo. Not one stimulating advance since. Just completely unappetizing rehashes that have taken years to produce.

amish, what part of TO EACH HIS/HER OWN do you not understand? you don't like the game, that's great... doesn't mean other people are losers for liking it. i'm sure there's a lot of stuff you like that other people don't like.

Yeah, and Halo. In my opinion, Goldeneye and Perfect Dark were AWESOME. I still keep my raggity old N64 around to play those games only. Halo I've beaten about 7 times now. FPS on consoles can be great, the developer just has to pull it off right and make sure they give a good controller scheme.

I won't deny that GoldenEye, Perfect Dark, and Halo are bad ass games. But the controls simply just doesn't cut it. Now what if those games I just mentioned are on PC? They would make even more money and online gaming would already be a reality. Oh yeah, Halo is coming out on PC next summer...which does suck. But who am I to complain? IT's coming for PC!

I don't get it. Blizzard built the majority of its fan base on PC. They are releasing an FPS, which is almost ALWAYS preferable on a PC because of controller, resolution, and framerate issues. Why??
