Reminds me of that commercial with the black lady who's eyes are popping out.

BTW, ER has really gone down the drain. If it weren't so popular among wannabe doctors it'd be cancelled.

I would but for some reason my TiVo lists it as being on from 8:59-10:00, causing a conflict with CSI. Being one or the other, CSI Wins.

That happened to my dog once after a Jeep ran over her head. Popped her eye right out of the socket, so it was dangling by the optic nerve. Now she only has one eye.

I saw an episode of Ripley's Beleive It or Not in which a weight lifter could pop his eyes out of his head like that and retract them at will. It was freaky, although I wish I could do it just to screw with people who drive like idiots.

Same here. I actually yelled "OH MY GOD!!!!!" and my wife came running :D Nothing like a little shock at night.

You should have pushed it back in...

You can configure a manual recording on NBC starting at 9:00 and going until 10:00. That's what I do and I only miss a very small portion of the show. It's typically the part that I don't care about.

That guy's eye freaked me out. This is why I couldn't be a doctor.

The vet did, but then the eye died and became infected, and it was just bulging out of the socket, gray and lifeless for a few months before they actually removed it. :)

Duh, setup a manual recording once a week on Thurs at 9:00pm - 10:00pm

As for shoocking things on ER, nothing will compare to Dr. Romano getting his arm chopped off by the helicopter. That was so well done it made my stomach jump when I saw it. I have to say it was one of the most shocking things I have ever seen on network television.

If you look at it in slo-mo you can see where the fake arm is blown off the stump.

Edit: the real shocking/ironic part is where the burning helo falls on him.

I missed ER Thr. night. I'd gotten so used to it being reruns the last few weeks that I forgot about it.
