For all the car guys here you know what JGTC is. For those who don't its the Japanese Grand Touring Championship.

Anyhow, it'll be at California Speedway Dec 18-19. Here's some of the cars....

But there IS drifting! Its on Sunday. I'm most likely going to see the JGTC stuff Saturday.

Yeah I heard they suspended ticket sales last week because they rescheduled it. Sucks for the people ouot of state who had already fixed their schedule around it.

The hell with drifting... I wanna see the NSXs and Supras... 😛 I'm thinking of saturday too... just to avoid the crowd... 🙁

Well no crowd is fine by me. It shouldn't too hard to get a good seat anyway. It won't be anything like when NASCAR is out there. My friend went to the last race. He said it was insane how many ppl were there.

I don't know how ticket sales are going for the D1 event... but I imagine that to be packed this time around... considering the amount of coverage drifting has gotten since the last time D1 was here.

1) Speed doesn't matter. There are speed limits.
2) when people out accelerate my truck from a top, I usually pass them later.
3) that's all I realyl have to say.

Conclusion:
When the Indy 500 requires vehicles to have 10 gallon gas tanks that are filled once, I will be interested.

Perhaps I can go see it, racetrack is only 15 minutes away from me. If it sucks, at least Dave and Busters is down the street.
