trust me a huge part of that arm is fat, Im not saying there is NO muscle, just its not impressive - anyone can get that, EAT A LOT OF ANYTHING (dont watch what you eat, just watch yourself eat it) you'll gain a lot of weight, muscle and FAT a lot of fat which is what that arm is

look at the arms on this guy:

Took hard work, and a CLEAN diet, thats impressive, the arm on the pic the OP posted is not impressive

BTW - dont tell me otherwise, cause i know what im talking about - (bodybuilding is now my life)

Considering the fact that he's a football player, he probably has a lot of muscle and strength. Just because he "looks" fat, doesn't mean he's not strong.

Anyone could get that big but they may not obtain as favorable of gains in terms of muscle to fat. Plus not everyone has as big of a frame/bone structure to support as much weight.

also considering he is a lineman (wich use there arms a lot) i bet his arms are 90% muscle. sure there is some fat just not as bully claims.

sure he is not "cut" but they are also not "fat"

Are you telling me everyone has equal genetic capability in terms of building muscle? I would imagine pro football players have better genetics for that than most (but not better than pro BBers).

Genetic predisposition certainly varies, but most skinny guys just use it as an excuse for lifting like a girl (if they lift at all) and eating less than one.

i would like to shape some more muscle but not bulging since its not for strength just to look in shape. :/

Ive gotten my legs the way i want because of jogging but having hard time with the arms xD...

I tried weights but its so boring compared to running/sprinting, jogging. (for me anyway : im not speaking for everyone)

As for the first picture...egh...im sure hes strong, he has to carry all that weight around afterall. But I am somewhat disgusted by that and the other picture..too much muscle just seems unecessary unless youre a wrestler, body builder etc..

hmm most wrestlers are not so muscle bound (unless you are talking WWE). they need to stay flexible and quick. usually do not see such people with so much muscle on them liek the 2nd pic. Unless its body building or such.

I have seen bodybuilders that looked like they were fat till the shirt come off. Unbelievable gut and upper strenth under clothes sometimes looks as though that person is fat when they are not. Also using a fish eye lens kinda adds to the "He looks fat" theory.

Here is the guy that holds the world record for the largest biceps. I wouldnt want to mess with this guy at all. Id take on the one in the op though 😀
