HOLY **** FLATOUT2!!!!!!

Perhaps they will have working multiplayer this time. The last one was mega fun, but was annoying to try and play online. So was the bug that gave you a BSOD with NV cards, but that got fixed later.
 
We always played the original at LANs. Never had any issues there.

The explosions and crashed look awsome. I'd be will to throw down 300 bucks for physics card to watch my driver fly through rings of fire and land in a swimming pool.

I can't wait!!!!!!!

Thats because a driver fix from NV solved the problem. Back when it first came out, you got a BSOD, and a PC reboot, no matter what. I had a 6800GT at the time, and the 7800 series was not yet out. I do not remember when that was exactly. But its not a problem any more, and was fixed fairly fast.
 
flatout one was meh

the novelty of the dude going thru the windscreen got old in about 5 minutes, and the awesomely deformable car's didnt seem all that awesome after a few rounds (read they seemed to deform the same way each time, and the engine fire? WTF was that all about)
 
but damn that looks good,........thumbsup fot the urban surroundings and tracks, makes it a bit more exciting that dirt. seems to have taken a leaf out of the burn out book, and thats a very good thing indeed

is this using the PPU?

 
awww no Xbox360 or PS3 versions going by what gamespot have listed

they have the pc version out on 9th of june, which isnt too far away. an xbox360 version would be awesome, i love drivng games with those controllers

June 9th you say? Sweet, just before my birthday. It does look good altho I never played the first one NFS:MW has gotten me back into driving games so i'll await the release of this.
 
The thing I liked so much, was the using the guy as a human dart. Trying to fling the guy over the poll, or sticking him on a bullseye was great fun. I spent more hours doing that, than I do playing most games from start to finish.

Umm...NO.

After watching the trailer there really isn't that much thats seriously physics intensive. HL2 still has the best physics, in terms of virtually nothing in that game is bolted down.
