For some reason I can see all the ICU doctors chattering insanely loud in feminine voices yelling KEKEKEKKEKEKKE ^_^ while he flatlines. Not to profile or anything, but he seriously looked hurt and they were still OLOLOLOL. That's usually when American TV stations would have "technical difficulties".
