well, it depends what you mean by "get out".

weeknights i don't do much but that could change with the recent restarting of my home-based PC maintenance business.

i play hockey twice a week in the winter and golf a lot in the summer.

weekends - usually poker night on Friday and something on Saturdays. Sundays I watch football at home or at my friend's place.

i guess that is about average.
