I don't see a sound card but that's optional.

Watch your budgeting though, even when you add things like cables, extra fans, thermal paste, small things can add up.
 
After ram metioned above, If the cpu is an OEM model you may need a heatsink + fan combo.

Remember the parts you choose need to be compatible with eachother. For example if you pick a socket 939 motherboard you need to buy a socket 939 CPU.
