I am not yelling but speaking so far, dude saying he doesnt see in their billing page that they charged me so much. I will give him few minutes than I will call back master card have them dispute it

Always double-check your financial statements/receipts.

My mom went into the bank to deposit $1500 to her account, but the teller gave her back a receipt saying credited $0.02. If my mom hadn't have noticed, it would've been a lot of trouble...

These tellers do the same thing over and over and they become "mindless" after a while.

dude said he found the charge and has no idea how it got on there, he went to ask his supervisor, i will have master card dispute it anyway just to be safe

I called to inquire status of their actions, rep told me to allow few days for them to make up their mind. what a rip off, they overcharge me now they taking forever to refund
