So, if this "cookie" icon were to be implemented, what would you suggest it look like? I agree on its necessity, however it's universal representation should be explored and agreed upon before going forth.

Depends on the RPMs of the fans, it works almost in a way that a turbine compressor would work. So if some how they stack another fan on top of this, which I will, there will be more air flow through the heatsink.

The airflow direction is still the same, into the CPU, the only difference is that the fans are spinning in opposite directions, creating a less turbulance and more efficient airflow.
