Holy crap, the NFL admits a refferee completely blew a call? Cost the Bucs a Win?!

I love how every NFL officiating thread turns into a "completing the process" thread 😉

But seriously, yeah it was probably the wrong call. But I guess that's the kind of wrong call I don't get too upset about - objective pass interference calls have been complained about since the beginning of time. It happens, and it's going to continue to happen.

I'm more upset about bullshit calls this year like having horsecollars called when a player is dragged down by his hair, and the stupid catch rules that defy common sense. Yes, I'm using examples from the team I follow, blow me.

So a stupid reff blows a game that cost a team their playoff implications and the best the NFL can say is "Oops, Sorry".

Sure, the Bucs aren't the best team in the NFL, but that call just cost them a chance...

Just payback for them screwing the Lions when they played Chicago.

There do seem to be more bad calls this year. It seems to be that there are a lot of new ref faces in the NFL. Maybe there have been some key retirements?

I don't think them constantly adding/changing rules and changing positions around on the field is helping any.

Goodell: "Yea, whatever, i don't care, just make sure they win, the Bucs can be the comeback team of the year some other day and get a chance to win the SuperBowl some other day."

Ref: "Man, that would make me feel horrible"

Goodell: "That's not what your wife said, better screw up that game bro, don't want your wife going back to the street"

Ref: "You bitch!"

Goodell: "I love you too, here, have a cookie"
