Balding and/or greying isn't something to be easily dismissed. Even still, his skin still looks pretty decent too (putting aside his soggy chin). But mid-40's, sure. Not mid-60's at all.

Being a child star has little to do with it, I'm sure he came from a fucked up family and would have wound up like this regardless. Only difference here is he's famous so that somehow makes it seem special. A good number of the kids I went to school with went on to be druggies and criminals. Look at the Cosby Show, lots of child actors were on it, and they never did any of this shit as adults. Child star or regular joe, if you come from a shitty family you'll probably be a shitty person.
