with all the people smokin it, somebody out there has to grow it! more power to em!
word.

I have no problems with it. As far as I'm concerned, it's no different than growing vegetables and setting up a stand on the corner to sell them.

Is that illegal?

actually i think it is, board of health has to inspect everything and give you a permit, and the you have the building inspector checking out your stand. town engineer has to give the OK for parking, location etc.

Nah, I don't think it is. We have fruit/vegetable/berry stands pop up all over around here during peak seasons.

Even if it was, that's ridiculous. How about just home-made crafts? You can see what I'm trying to say at least.

The growing of plants, IMO, is a god-given right. It should not be illegal to grow a plant.

I mean, nobody would even batt an eye if it was tomatos or any other "normal" produce. You know why they ain't growin' tomatos? Because they aren't worth their weight in gold.

Know why cannabis is worth its weight in gold(almost literally)? Because it is against the law.

I was going to say, that it probably varies greatly from state to state.

"Corner peddlers" are quite common out here. From flowers on mothers day, to rugs and tshirts, pocketbikes, fruit stands.. you name it... lol

out here in california things like farmers markets and fruit stands along the high way seem to go without regulation year round. when its a wooden stand full of fruit and not a super market, you pretty much know your taking risk.
