You hear the first clip all the time whenever the zombie with headcrabs comes out!!!

I thought they were just garbles!! But also suspected otherwise until that thread!!! I was wearing my earphones and it was WTF!!!!
 
Way too much time on your hands...directed at you people AND the programmers, although they are sacred beakons of ever-lasting light that bring joy to the worlds adolescants and middle-aged men who dare not accept reality.

Ok, so I was right, that's what I heard in Ravenholm with the "BBQ cage" you first find. That spot basically invites you to set the zombie trapped inside on fire.
