so i ordered a pair of Sennheiser MX500 and they were on back-order... and then i saw you can get a pair of Sennheiser 497 AND MX400 for $40!

so i wanted to cancel the order and here's what happened:

me: hello i want to cancel an order that is on back-ordered
CSR: is it the Sennheiser MX500?
me: uhhhh yes....
CSR ok we'll go ahead and cancel it for you
me: do you need my order number?
CSR: no we can tell by your telephone number

wow. talk about painless order cancellation.

psst see the part of my post that addressed this very factoid.

in 2008 it will be the fembot party against the logical, reasonable, post readability enabled party. Ok maybe we'll have to work on that name.
