Hollister shirts

What's the deal with these clothes? I see kids wearing them all over the place now...is this the next abercrombie craze? Are they the "cool" clothes?

They are the cheaper version of Abercrombie.

I wear abercrombie/hollister/aeropostale/pacific sun/JNCO. But I usually just wear hollister pants.

edit: over half my pants are JNCO

hollister is a place in cali no?

and no it is not the in thing.......its wear you shop when you have a small budget and no sense of personal style.

OK, so what does Hollister mean? I always thought it was a school of some kind 😱
It's from the Greek, meaning ho-bag. Spray some windex on it.

For christ's sakes! If you see some word on every other kid's shirt and you don't know what it means, it's a brand name. WTF is so hard to understand about that?

... wow you like to be stereotyped? heh

I forgot to mention I also wear JNCO, which is more than half the pants that I own ;p

As far as the clothes, I buy what's cool. Not *just* abercrombie. For example, my "Jugs Beach" abercrombie shirt says "Skinny Dippers Welcome, If your goods aren't floppin' keep on walkin'." And I think that's pretty shweet 😛

Hollister is a town in central California. There are exactly two things that people go to Hollister to do:

1) Skydiving. They have a small airport with a skydiving school.
2) Off-roading. Hollister hills has a State Vehicular Recreation Area with lots of trails for off-road trucks and dirt bikes.

Other than that, hollister is pretty much farmland.

I love how many grown people don't know that Hollister is meant for Jr High and High School kids. It's the cheaper version of Abercrombie targeted to the youth. Yet you see 20 something's wearing them. That's like adults wearing Gap Kids.

Youre right i wear their clothes!I am 21 and i like them, feel comfortable in them and they have the most comfortable pair of jeans for that price.

THey have cute clothes that i cannot find any place else. I hate paying so much for something i am only gonna wear for one season so i buy them there.

ok, just a "brand name" I was unfamilliar with...just saw a bunch of kids (HS/college) wearing it...and didn't know if it was a school or a logo of some kind....

Now that I understand this, I can finally continue on with my life!
