I use the phone at work a good bit, but if I'm leaving somebody a message it's always on email, and 95% of the time they leave me email too. Sometimes though I see that red little bastard blinking on my phone. So, I pick it up, dial voicemail, wait for the stupid automated woman on the line to ask for password, put in the password, then wait for her to grab the messages, then hit 11, then listen to the message. All of this takes a SOLID 20 seconds, which is far toom uch for somebody with a busy life like me. Why can't people use email more? I get it, read it in 5 seconds, and bob's your uncle.
If you are THAT PERSON who leaves voicemail instead of email, STOP.
