I don't see the distiction.

"Others" in this case being the people in the USA - those to whom his remarks were directed at.

"Coward" is an insult, so he insults everybody and expects a productive dialogue to ensue? Stupid IMO.

Why does it bother you so much? Explain to me where your persecution complex comes from? You accuse "minorities" of having one and yet you seem to feel quite oppressed by someones opinion.
