Holden Commodores as police cars?

The Commodore is the Lumina in a few spots around the world, and the Caprice is the Statesmen. Check out GM Saudi Arabia for some very nice cars.

About what a Crown Vic gets anyway...

My dad had an '02 or '03 Mercury whatever-it-is and he got well over 25MPG on average. I'm sure he drives a lot differently than the typical street cop though 🙂

Well, 14 would be city mileage which is what you'd base a cop car on.

A CV is rated 15/18/23 and I wouldn't expect a Commodore to be much different.

Cops drive crazy, and a cop car is usually carrying a lot of equipment as well, so I'd expect less MPG than the rating. 😀
