You absolutely can't claim a deep religious conviction against covering birth control and at the same direct investments into the companies that produce them regardless of how the percentages break down. This completely discredits their entire basis for the lawsuit.

Yes they can, It's a private business. Nice to see you don't believe in freedom.

You know what else is a stupid argument, that a legal entity has religious beliefs. :colbert:
That argument has some merit. It's a bit different being that Hobby Lobby is privately owned, but I don't see how one honors that special relationship without giving privately owned corporations an undue elevated status over publicly owned corporations.

Privately owned or not it is a corporation (i.e. a legal creation). That 'thing' can't have religious beliefs any more than it can take a shit. This thing about corporations being people is completely out of hand.
