The media has interviewed a representative from the company. I read about it on ZDNet. They use EFI Emulation to get OSX to run. Whether it's legal or not remains to be seen. EULAs have never been tested in a court of law. So, if this does go to court (which I doubt it will), it could either be a real good thing for us or a real bad thing. I don't think this company has deep enough pockets to go up against Apple.
