Homemade Pecan, Chocolate, or Coconut (not cream) FTW!

I made coconut custard pie and it's delicious, first time I've made one.

The banana cream pie is now chilling in the freezer for a little bit,I melted caramel and dark chocolate morsels in the double boiler and drizzled them over the pie🙂

I hate you. Banana Cream is my favorite, and Coconut Cream is 2nd. But...it has to be the coconut CREAM that has the filling consistency of pudding and NOT the consistency of flan.

My wife just bought a batch of apples (4 different varieties) to make me an apple pie...mmmm-mmm-mmmm-mmmmm!

oh both pies are REALLY tasty but the banana cream with carmel/chocolate is totally yummy😛

Pie is overrated. [retreats to bunker]

That said, I don't think I've had the pleasure of the banana cream variety.
