I have used both, and now I am using the KK266-R. The Iwills overclock better (in my experience) and they are very stable. You might want to read the AnandTech reviews.

I asked the same question yesturday and I think everyone said Iwill KK266 but that is because I asked which one overclocks better and has more options for it. From what I hear both are excellent motherboards. I'm buying the Iwill266 though.

I to have had both and now use only the Iwill it is nicer at OCing. You get better fsb speeds.

i have the a7v133 @ 147mhz stable but it's hot in CA
