hmmm... too high??

You must mean your using the 1.625v setting in bios? If so thats fine, if you check CPUZ or AI booster it should show 1.57-1.60 which is the max the board will give for CPU volts. The same result can be acheived using the 1.55 setting in bios 1004. I have been running the max setting on this board since december with no problems, as long as your load temps (prime small files for a couple of hours) doesn't go over 60c your OK IMHO.
 
I've heard 1.6V might be questionable, especially on air, but might not be a big deal with water cooling.
