hmmm, did you know "net send" works across the Internet?

I just sent a net send message to a lady at work that I was helping with her PC. She emailed me and I got her IP from that. It seemed to go through. Spooky!
 
Net commands will work on any box that you can reach by IP and, in some cases (depends on command), can provide the correct credentials for.
 
Yep, I used it to freak out a girl I know last night after she sent me an aim direct connect request and I got her ip address.

the message alias could not be found on the network.

however, if i use that taget's username/domain, he gets the message.
