Hi there I reinstalled windows and everything is smooth except when I try to load any of my games, I get a message that says..

" This request could not be performed because of i/o error"

Anyone know why? Im loading from the same drive I always have.. Never any problems before..

An I/O error stands for input / output error and it most likely means that your system can not read the games media properly, hence no install... I'd suggest cleaning the disk, trying a differnt optical drive, and/or a differnt game or disk. Hope this helps.... 🙂

Well think I found the prob, allthough It is hooked up with IDE cables in my hardware manager it shows it as SCSI how in the world can I fix this??

Re-run the nVidia 2.03 driver-installation pack but answer No to the SW Performance IDE driver this time.
