And annoying for me. You had to go and remove yourself from their database in order to prevent 20 people at a time attempting to copy mp3s from your computer at 3 kb/s. They won't be missed by me.

well, on to my other other standby...iMesh! Actually, I like iMesh alot if I don't need the file immediately, because it'll download from any user who has the file who's online. So you could start dl'ing the file from one guy, he goes offline, and it continues dl'ing it from someone else. Now if they just let you share stuff other than music & videos...:)

I found out about the bankruptcy in October... this is not news to me...

it's sad, for those who are a fan.

i don't even use napster. so...
