Hmm...I'd guess I consider this help.

Last night, my friend and I were doing our nightly PT(physical training). We ran 2 miles and did about 90 pushups. Well, on the last set of pushups, my left ear popped. I fell on the ground, the earth was spinning. I went to the doctors today and apparently I busted a weak blood vessel in my left ear. I can hear a little in my left ear but its all muffled. Now, the Doc said my left ear is going to be muffled for about 4-5 months and its going to take time for my ear to heal. However, he didnt say anything about me continuing my workout. Should I still continue workingout or sit of my fatass and gain weight?

do something stationary (bike? elliptical?)
or run the track in the direction your balance is thrown off.

Why didn't you just ask him about it when you were there? Call him, don't ask us, ask the guy that diagnosed you.

I see I was a little slow.

I was playing basketball with a few of my friends and I kept losing my balance.....I'm going to take it easy for awhile. My doctor said that I can still workout, just dont strain yourself, but I'm not going to workout at all. I can always build my strength and endurance back up, not a deaf ear.
