Fresh format and install on a Abit BH6 (ATX 440bx slot 1 mb), celeron 566 s370 cpu (unknown fcpga slocket).
When I go to Start Menu, shut down, it goes through the shut down process until the point where it's supposed to shut down, the screen shows the old "It is now safe to shut down your computer now", like back in the Win95, AT form factor days.
Remedy?
