I read the above article and got to thinking. How cool would it be to turn a 3D webcam that can track a person's movement into the ultimate controller for a HTPC? Say if it could track your hand or head and you could touch your desktop icons to launch programs, then interact with the program by pointing and tapping in the air for mouse clicks. It would be very Minority Report like in the interface (except the screen isn't a 3D hologram of course).
