I think Mosh gathered taht from the bolded part, which is a rhetorical question, in essance you could have just as easily stated "other guys in prison have HIV", that you inferred "They brought Dahmer down in prison [even though he had HIV]. I hope this guy gets his.

Why do we need to adopt some of their laws? Torture is wrong, period. I am for death penalty, however. People like this need to be treated and punished. Simply punishing someone will produce no benefits. This particular person needs to be in jail for life.
