that motherboard is based on the Nforce 4 sli x16 chipset. The FSB will max out in the low 300's probably. You will need a motherboard capable of 400mhz FSB, like a P5N-E based on the 650i SLI chipset, or a 680i SLI based board.
uhh... the p5n32-e IS a 680i motherboard... you are thinking about the p5n32
as for 3.6 being possible... it might be or you might need something better... it's just a matter of what your temps are and how much voltage you need to reach 3.6
