You are just talking non sense. I am talking about PC and you are talking about Console. First learn the difference between console and PC then you post in tech topics.

You talk PC? How much $ do PC sales generate compared to consoles for these AAA titles?

Which platform do you think developers devote the bulk of their time, effort & resources to optimize, consoles or PC?

That's why they call it PC PORT, because it comes after the console version is polished and optimized.

If you don't understand that, you don't understand simple English.

Again no logic. I am talking about PC sales and it is a different platform. You simply combine console and PC sales where no AMD or Nvidia can sponsor a game on console.

I am talking Gaming Evolve and Gameworks which has nothing to do with Console.

What you're talking about is senseless and has nothing to do with Hitman DX12 Benchmarks in the first place. If you want to talk about game sales volume or general gaming industry and how GE or GW affects that, start another thread.

I shouldn't have even wasted my effort to correct your thread crapping in the first place.

You check 2014-2016 gameworks sponsored sales and gaming evolve sales on PC then you will get you answer. Even a person will understand the logic.

Ok that is a nice one,

Hope Deus Ex is not like Hitman and the reason they delayed the release by 6-9 months.

It all depends on support and how you market like The division, Rise of the Tomb Raider, Fallout 4, The Witcher 3, MGS V , Killing floor, The Dying light and GTA V. Just see how they support and market their game on PC.

Hitman only problem was that it was selling AMD GPU not the game it self that it is why it was major flop on PC.

Since you're referencing the sales data, why don't you provide it along with your sources, and we'll take a look at it. Unsupported assertions of fact deserve zero credibility.

The fact that of all of the games that you referenced Hitman was the only one to be released in a serialized fashion in your opinion has absolutely no relevance to it's problematic sales? Seriously?

@desprado
If you want to talk about game marketing and sales, start a new thread for that. I'm sure folks would be interested in responding to you in that thread.

Seriously if you want to talk about how awesome GameWork sponsorship is, start a thread for that. I'm not sure why you are allowed to constantly thread crap when others have to obey the rules here.

I am talking about logic and some poster post beyond logic. If Hitman developers followed logic then it would not end like this for them rather then worrying about selling AMD GPUs then the game it self.

You still seem to be missing the simple point that there are many factors that contribute to the success of a game, not just which vendor sponsors it.

Nvidia have a lot more money I think that's pretty uncontroversial, wouldn't it make sense that they sponsor games they predict will be the most successful / reach the largest market? Not that Gameworks causes them to be a success? Now I'm the one simplifying things but I still don't see anything but your imagination to support Hitman not selling well solely due to Gaming Evolved / Nvidia performance.

Edit: If that was the case then why are console sales also weak? Surely only PC sales would be affected by poor Nvidia performance / Gaming evolved.
Edit2: You're just repeating yourself and not addressing any points I've raised. I don't won't to go in circles and further ruin the thread so I'm stopping now.

No my simple point is that if you look at beta performance of this game then it was totally one sided. Game was dropping to 20fps on GTX 970 on 1080p and full game is even worse on DX11. On DX12 nvidia is getting Bsod, freezing etc but it is only payable on AMD cards. The graphics are not even 2012 on par. You look at The division or Rainbow siege beta which has better graphics and much better performance. AMD simply botch DX11 for that to make to sell their GPU. Still AMD is marketing this game for their next gen cards.

Only Developers paid the price to ditch 80% of PC users.

if the game is being done on the console by definition its an amd game...

The last tomb raider did fairly well, and it was AMD sponsored, so it would have done alright without Nvidia. Do you seriously think that if Nvidia didn't sponsor it, Witcher, Fallout, Far Cry will not be as big a hit? To be polite, you sir have issues where you conflate opinion with knowledge and facts.

i posted games of 2015. Simply when gameworks take off and gaming evolve budget went down. Try to read my other comments.

You seem mad at developers for dx11 which is wrong imho.

DX11 is mostly on the GPU manufacturer side. If the game is crashing on nvidia, ask nvidia to provide stable Drivers.

DX12 is giving a front seat to a developer, if that has a problems, ask dev to fix it - just like Gears:

A perfect example of developer fail that was pushed as amd fault by viral marketing

Nvidia's crappy drivers again. Maybe they should focus more on solving their driver issues than making Geralt look nice.

lol

Though, in a way this is absolutely right. If Nvidia has an issue with this game, it's on Nvidia. AMD is completely open!

Yes and Gears of Wars is Nvidia sponsored. Hitman was botched because AMD wanted to sell their GPU to due to DX12 marketing.

So you are saying AMD drivers is the reason why they perform crap in gameworks game?

That's apples and oranges. The only thing stopping Nvidia from fixing the performance issues with this game is Nvidia.

AMD has fixed their gameworks problems, despite Nvidia's blackbox.

If Hitman was botched, what happened to Gears of War?
Gears of War got 2 patched? Where is Hitman patched?

Developers were replying about AMD performance and said their will be patch for performance issue. Where Hitman developers reply for nvidia performance.
