"You know, the Hitler thing. Steven (Spielberg) said, fire her right
now," Bay told the Daily Mail about her departure. Spielberg is the
executive producer of the films, and that "Hitler thing" is a
reference to comments Fox made about Bay to Wonderland
Magazine in 2009. "He's like Napoleon and he wants to create this
insane, infamous mad-man reputation," Fox told the magazine.
"He wants to be like Hitler on his sets, and he is. So he's a
nightmare to work for but when you get him away from set, and
he's not in director mode, I kind of really enjoy his personality
because he's so awkward, so hopelessly awkward. He has no
social skills at all. And it's endearing to watch him."

and here i thought it was because of her acting skills

I dunno... forget the Hitler thing; I think saying that Bay is a nightmare to work for on a daily basis is probably reason enough to not want her back.

Spielberg directed Schindler's list. You can't call him Hitler and think he isn't going to notice. He may act like hitler... but really that is a poor choice of words on her part.

EDIT: ahh she did not call Spielberg hitler... but the director. Still stupid on her part.
