Saw Hitch with the g/f on Saturday night. LOL'ed a couple times in the theatre, pretty rare for me. The entire dancing scenes were so funny.

I think Will Smith is an overrated, overproduced actor who plays pretty much the same role in every movie he's in. If he can go through one movie without saying "Naaaaw" or "Psssh", I shall be amazed. It's astonishing that his movies are such a huge draw.

That being said, I have no desire to see Hitch.

Yeah, but that's Will Smith. Definitely seemed like the Fresh Prince though, which is a good thing IMHO. I liked it:thumbsup:

Saw this last night against my will but have to say I laughed my ass off watching it, the dancing scenes were so fvcking funny.

bump for hitch. went to it thinking it would be terrible, I laughed the whole way through the movie. Perfect date movie to boot.

It works for him.......I think hes a very funny and likeable guy. Better then all those other rappers trying to be actors......ala Ja Rule, DMX, etc...

But to prove you wrong, how about his movies 'Six Degrees of Separation", and 'Ali'. I think those were critically acclaimed for his acting abilities.

It was hot and cold. Definitely moments that were funny but then there were those parts where you just wanted to fall asleep.

I couldn't have said it better myself. Overall a solid movie, but I don't see the fuss.

I saw it last night as well, ($4 movie night.) Anyways, I was pleasently surpised, cause i expecting it to be a chick flick. And it kind of was, but it was definately entertaining.

It's not a great movie or anything, but it will give you quite a few laughs, and even give you some pointers on pleasin' the ladies. You can't deny Hitch is a smooth talkin' mofo.

I went to see this with my girlfriend last night, and it was really a wonderful movie. Very well produced, Kevin James and Will Smith work perfectly together, and it cuts back to Fresh Prince a bit which was very welcome.

Definetly go see this movie with your S/o

I will. Can't wait to see Eva Mendes in bikini.
😛

Sounds like one of those movies (Napoleon Dynamite) where everyone in the theater will be laughing at the stupid crap (the scene in the trailer where he turns around and has a swollen face) while I sit there pissed off and unable to laugh at any of the truly funny jokes.
