i have one seagate 160gb 7200.8, and am going to get another drive soon, should i get another seagate 7200.8 or a hitachi sataII?

do the hitachi sataII drives have ncq?

what is best for my chaintech vnf4 ultra with amd64 3000+ and 1024 corsair 3200?
