Hitachi SATA II Feature Tools Problem!

I just bought a Hitachi SATA II Hard Drive, and unfortunately I cannot get to the Feature Tools. I have a SN25P SFF and do not have access to a Floppy Drive, so I downloaded the CD image and burned it. When it boots, it says starting PC-DOS and hangs there. So, how do I get around this issue? I have a USB thumb Drive, a CD Burner, and no Floppy.

Thanks!

Don't you just love the floppy drive? Unless your system can boot from USB device, the thumb drive is useless.

ya, it can boot from USB. I hate Floppy, ancient technology, but everyone still uses it!
