Hit the rev limiter

Today I achieved a new first: I must have hit the rev limiter on my 2.3 I-4 Accord. I floored it in 1st from a stop (merging action) and suddenly the car jerked a little and the engine just cut out. I wasn't paying attention to the tach, so I prolly went over redline a bit. At least, there is a limiter...I don't want piston heads shooting from under the hood.

Hahaha.. I have an automatic so I don't have to worry about that.

I hit the rev limiter in my car all the time, and it's an automatic. Just put it in "1" and give'r!
