I was once rear ended by a drunk driver on my way to visit my ex gf at school. We were on a small two lane road in the middle of nowhere. The guy got out of his truck and came at me as if he wanted to fight. (I am 6'6" and he was maybe 5'8") He pushed me once, I told him if he touches me again he is going over the side of the hill/cliff on one side of the road. He was civil after that, exchanging information and whatnot. Due to being in the middle of nowhere, I had no cell phone signal. He took my drivers license and threw it down on the ground and took off in his truck.

I took his plate number down and drove to the next house on the road. Called the police, gave them the plate info and make/model. Turns out the guy lives about a mile up the road. The police came to me first and asked for a statement, then asks me to follow him up the road to the guys house. It takes about twenty minutes for him to come to the door upon arriving. The cops find the damage to his truck that obviously matches with the damage to my car. They tell me that he claims to have had three beers since he has been home, therefor cannot get him for DUI.

But they then give me the option to either have him served with a court date or taken to jail. To which I reply, "Take the beautiful being to jail." Then the other drivers wife is screaming and fighting with the police and she also gets arrested. All in all it was a fairly hilarious situation and the damage to my car wasn't that bad. Unfortunately the guy didn't get a DUI, he was a licensed CDL trucker and should not be on the road.

Everyone should invest in a traffic/dash cam. I've seen too many shit drivers drive away from fender benders to major collisions so I now stop at any accidents I witness.

That sounds like a good idea...but wouldn't there have to be a camera in all four directions of your car?

So someone ran into your car and your employer requires a drug test?

Yeah if you're on the clock and get involved an accident you're required to get a drug test. A liability thing...I'd be really surprised if most employers didn't do the same.

Cops won't do SHIT about it. Fucking lady who parks near me used to hit my car all the time and run home before the Police showed up.

I'd show the Police MY PAINT ON HER CAR, and they say theres nothing they can do because she wasn't around.

I am not going to say how, but I got her back and she left the parking lot completely. Stupid bitch, I hope she dies.

Was it the yellow Jetta? Also come on man, tell me what you did.
