Probably means that that's all that the owner could afford - I would rather hope that it was some rare exotic car than something poeple actually need to get by their daily lives.

I have pics of a modified Maxima that got hit just like that. $9000CDN of damage while the car was parked in a parking lot. My buddy came back to the car to go home and wondered why the trunk looked wierd. Upon closer look, it was F$SCKED beyond belief. Was a nice car too, bodykit, exhaust, etc..now has S/C.
