hi , i picked up 2x1gig of ddr2-667, but its1996-2006 crucial aniversary ram

i picked it up cheap i was wondering what if its value is greater because its tenth aniversary ram

It's not a commodity, it's a collector's item. Don't remove it from the packaging and one day it will be worth zillions. That or zilch, it could go either way.
