Historic day in Facebook history

The "is" in your status updates is no longer there. Users rejoice!

Locked because topic is dead and was bumped in a stunt.

I started the "no is" petition group a long time ago, but stupidly made it only for my network. Someone then stole my idea and made that huge one 😛

A guy I know was able to get rid of the is a few weeks ago "on the first, second, and roughly ninth tries, but I have lost the ability to repeat the result."

I'm happy for sure.

I noticed when I logged in this morning instead of "Update your status" it said "What are you doing right now?". Cool.

I've reconnected with a lot of old friends with the help of Facebook and Myspace.

Yup! I've reconnected with my friends abroad via Facebook. Myspace doesn't take some international high schools.
