$204.99 - $25 MIR = $179.99 Free Shipping.

HIS Actually took the time to respond to my review on Newegg... they provide a 2 year warranty on their cards. So far my card is doing well.

Note: This is not a typical "dual slot rear-exhaust" cooler. It does a decent enough job keeping the GPU cool. The VRM's get a bit hot though.

The 4870 shouldn't draw a whole lot more juice than your oced 4850, so it should be fine. You're probably getting near the top of the PSUs useful range though.

Im maxing out my PSU?

Very nice price. I don't midn this type of cooler design. I've got a Zalman VF900 (very similar to this) on my 8800GT and it stays very cool and quiet.

I'll bet you're near the top of it's useable range with a quad, a decent graphics card, and overclocking taken into account. I personally don't like to go over 80% of the peak-rated value of a PSU as it's generally more efficient, less prone to fail, quieter, etc.

You'd have to measure your power draw to know for sure but that's what I'd guess looking at your setup.

I just measured my q6600 3ghz 6gb watercooled with a 4870 512mb, 3 hd, dvd, etc and it pulled 276w from the wall under load
