Everything there seems believable to me. There's some real oddballs out there.
And that entire sequence of events is something the guy will never, ever forget (well, unless he's got a great therapist)
Wonder if there's any furries on AT...

That was fascinating.
Furry, for those who don't know.
Cliffs:
Virgin geek cybers repeatedly on a MUCK (MUD without fighting, kinda)
Flights out to Midwest Furfest to meet a girl (and lose his virginity)
All hell breaks loose, in ways that I'm not willing to cliffnote
Our "hero" finally gets the poon, from a different girl

Urban dic is blocked here at work... can you paste the furry definition?

Possibly the strangest sub-culture in all of geekdom. Furries range from being harmless fans fascinated by anthropomorphic characters and animals, to immensely withdrawn or self-abosrbed persons who actually believe, or want to believe, they're eagle-winged fox-like versions of themselves with giant gentalia who wouldn't dare be anything else that could be considered mundane. Furries defy any coventional or unifying definition.
Jody's favorite book is Redwall. She must be a furry.

being older has nothing to do with it. Im in my early 20's and I found myself weirded out by the story

Yeah, I don't think age is a factor here. I'm 15 and dumbfounded by the events in this story.

EDIT: I want to read about Polo's brother.

Wow. I want to say it was a great story, but the real life aspect of it is just ridiculous. Sounds like something out of a movie.

I can't believe I read through that. Probably shens, it reminded me of an episode of CSI.

Cliff's for those who want them:
Some guy goes to a convention with people who dress up as animals.
He's meets some girl he met online, she has fvcked up friends.
The guy ends up in an orgy wanting to fvck said-girl, but instead ends up in some mutual beating off with some other guy.
There's an incident with the girl's friends that results in the girl not wanting to speak to the narrator any more.
Narrator ends up meeting some older lady that he ends up boning.
Narrator never hears from any of these people again.

for those of you wanting cliff's, here's two lines that sums pretty much a lot of the story up:

I have been awake for over 24 hours. And I just got jacked off by a man who pretends to be a weasel.

I'll mark it for later, but I'm not sure if I want to read it now after reading some of the cliffs.

Sorry for no cliffs fellas, I went to lunch right after posting this, but the cliffs others provided do a good enough job. All in all, the OP must have an incredible brain to remember all of that which happened back in 2003! Granted it was a tramatic experience that had to help him gather enough power to cast Lv.5 Rememberance or something. I just never felt as physically ill after reading a story as I did with this. It also takes balls the size of mangos to admit to it on one of the premier forums on the interweb.

Good Lord there are some troubled people in this world. Wonder if this kind of stuff goes on during other conventions as well.

JESUS!!!

With the detail he put into writing the story, I felt like I could smell the atmosphere during the orgies, I felt like I could actually feel his embarresment... I basically felt all his pain.
What detail. Simply amazing. Great writer.

And the last picture of the Max Payne caption... very nice touch.
