TechPowerUp has a review up. The card is fast! Unfortunately it's also loud and expensive ($600). I don't think it's anywhere worth the premium they are charging for it. Interesting to see the performance though.
Price is subjective. There are likely not many Tahiti GPU's that can be certified stable @ 1180MHz. Too high on the fan speeds though. It only gets up to 68*C. They could have gone with a far less aggressive fan profile and had a better balanced solution, IMO. Especially if you consider that the reference 7970GE runs 15*C hotter.
