Because blacks can get away with EVERYTHING, using the excuse that if they don't get away with it, it's because they're black and everyone else is racist.

I second that. Hip hop is definitely a culture, and a positive one for the most part (one commercial example that comes to mind is Nas, "I Can").

I agree that it is a positive culture. And I agree that black people are not the only part of it.
